Enterprise Subscriptions

Most of the Journal's readers work at firms where research is bought by a department, not by a single person. An individual subscription on a personal card is the wrong instrument for that, whatever its price. An Enterprise subscription is built for the way these firms buy: seats for a team, one invoice through accounts payable, the right to circulate a paper internally, and a named contact when something needs fixing.

What an Enterprise subscription includes

Every named user receives the same access as an individual subscriber:

•        Every research paper, research note, and Top 10 survey, with the full report as a PDF edition.

•        The complete archive.

•        All training courses.

•        The implementation checklists and associated Excel files

On top of that access, the subscribing firm receives rights an individual subscription does not carry:

•        Internal circulation. The licensed group may share the PDF editions internally, including on an access-controlled intranet or document system, without asking permission for each paper.

•        Internal reuse. Figures and tables may be reproduced in internal presentations and working papers, with the Journal credited as the source.

•        Reassignable seats. When someone leaves or joins, the seat moves to the new person without charge.

•        Continuity. The subscription belongs to the firm, so it survives the departure of the person who arranged it.

•        A named contact for access, invoicing, and renewal.

How the licensed group is defined

The group is named in the order form rather than inferred, and it follows how the firm is organized: a team or desk, a department such as operations or operational risk, a business line across locations, or the whole legal entity and its affiliates. Seats are assigned to named individuals at the firm's business email addresses.

Pricing

Pricing depends on the number of named seats and the scope of the licensed group. Pricing is quoted on request and depends on seat count and scope. The minimum Enterprise subscription is ten seats. Terms are normally twelve months; multi-year terms are available.

What is not included

An Enterprise subscription covers use inside the licensed group. It does not cover:

•        Sharing the research with clients, counterparties, or anyone outside the licensed group.

•        Use in marketing, sales, or client-facing material.

•        Republication, resale, or posting anywhere outside the firm's access controls.

•        Submitting the research to publicly accessible artificial-intelligence systems, or using it to train or evaluate any model.

Most external uses can be licensed separately. Permissions and Reprints explains what is available and how to ask.

Procurement

Firms in this industry buy through procurement, and the Journal is set up to go through that process rather than around it. The publisher can provide:

•        A W-9 and vendor onboarding forms.

•        Its standard Enterprise terms for legal review, or review of the firm's own contract paper where required.

•        Responses to security and third-party risk questionnaires, including a description of the systems that hold subscriber data (see the Privacy Policy).

•        Invoices in United States dollars, payable by bank transfer, check, or credit card, on terms agreed with the order.

Starting an Enterprise subscription

Write to sales@ioinsight.net or call 1 (610) 222-6164. It helps to say which team or department the subscription is for, roughly how many people would use it, and whether your firm requires its own contract paper.

If you already hold individual subscriptions and your firm wants to move to an Enterprise subscription, the unused portion of your individuals' year can be credited against the first Enterprise invoice.
